Hair Loss + Scalp Health Round Table

Hair and scalp care are becoming one of the next major growth areas in our industry — and the professionals who understand how to navigate those conversations well will be the ones who stand out.

This 2.5-hour, pro-only round table is designed for licensed cosmetologists who want to take the next step in their education around hair loss, scalp health, and trichology-informed care without stepping outside their scope.

We’ll focus on what you’re already seeing behind the chair: shedding, thinning, breakage, scalp concerns, client questions, and the moments when you need to know what to say next.

You’ll learn how to better SEE → ASK → SUPPORT → REFER → SAY so you can become a more informed, confident resource for your guests as this part of the beauty industry continues to grow.

This is not medical or diagnostic training. It’s elevated professional education designed to help you move beyond basic hair services and begin understanding the bigger picture of hair + scalp care.

Instead of purchasing a traditional ticket, we ask each family to bring nonperishable food items or make a monetary donation benefiting a local St. Charles-area food pantry. Our selected organization and most-needed items will be announced before the event.

Join us for Haunted Headspa, a family-friendly Halloween walk-through that transforms Notch + Mill into an interactive, slightly spooky experience unlike anything you've seen during your usual visit.

Make your way through the treatment rooms, headspa and apothecary as familiar spaces take on a completely different personality—with eerie lighting, floating candles, unexpected characters, treats and plenty of surprises along the way.
